New Deactivation Policy

1) All scheduled drivers MUST accept assigned tasks within 30 seconds or
before the system auto-assigns to another driver.
The first violation will lose the $5 pay for that waiting period.
The second violation on the same scheduled day will lose all $5
waiting periods for that whole day.
The third violation on the same scheduled day will receive the first
warning.
2) Driver whose login 15 minutes after the beginning schedule or 15 minutes
before ending schedule.
3) Driver who is late picking up food at the restaurant without an emergency
reason.
4) All drivers MUST wear a facemask at the restaurant pickup and the
customer door.
5) All drivers are allowed to use three tasks rejection within 30 days cycle.
6) All drivers are allowed to use three emergencies day off within 90 days
cycle.
7) All drivers MUST show GOOD MANNERS at all times. Asking for TIPS, being DISRESPECTFUL, or being OFFENDED is UNACCEPTABLE!
